Working together

When we engage with new clients, we typically start with a content strategy and opportunity analysis project to ensure all SEO and digital marketing activity is aligned with your business goals. Through this process, we’ll work with you to understand your Ideal Customer Profiles, identifying how they search for solutions online and how well aligned your content is with these trends.

We’ll then produce a content strategy with traffic and revenue modelling to help you quantify the business opportunity of investing in search. Collaboration is key, which is why we’ll engage with your stakeholders including content, marketing and sales, to devise a strategy that works for the business. From there, we’ll layer in a technical SEO audit to identify the key initiatives required to structure your site and enable search engines to find and understand your content. The output of this activity will be a clear list of SEO initiatives, ordered by opportunity vs effort.

At this point, some of our clients are equipped to take away their bespoke SEO action plan and deliver themselves. However, most clients choose to partner with us on a retainer basis for support in project delivery and establishing or optimising their digital marketing processes. Some of the ways we support our retainer clients include:

  • Content production: Working with your in-house or outsourced content team, we’ll set up detailed page briefs built around delivering on our content strategy recommendations, as well as supporting with delivery and publishing.
